A 911 call with no one on the line led authorities to the stabbed bodies of two children at a Georgia home. Their grandfather had also been stabbed but survived, and their mother was being sought Thursday, authorities said.
Felicia Williams, 26, was wanted on charges of aggravated assault on her father, and authorities also want to question her about the children’s deaths at the home 40 miles east of Atlanta, said Maj. Murray Kogod of the Barrow County sheriff’s department.
The bodies were found Wednesday after the 911 call. No one was on the other end of the line, but the connection remained open and the dispatcher heard a person in the background saying someone was bleeding, Kogod said.
Authorities traced the call and went the home, where the 9-year-old girl and her 4-year-old brother were pronounced dead. Their grandfather was treated but declined to be taken to the hospital, Kogod said.
