Missouri B-2 Bomber crashes in Guam

HICKAM AIR FORCE BASE, Hawaii - An Air Force B-2 Bomber deployed from Whiteman Air Force Base near Warrensburg crashed in Guam Friday evening CST. Two pilots from the 509th Bomb Wing were on board and safely ejected. A representative from Whiteman said they have been evaluated by medical authorities and are in good condition.

The bomber was deployed from Whiteman to Anderson Air Force Base in Guam, where it crashed early Saturday morning Guam time.

Emergency responders were on the scene. A board of officers will investigate the accident.

The Air Force did not release any further details about the accident.
