An earthquake rattled buildings in downtown Reno on Thursday, but there were no immediate reports of damage.
The U.S. Geological Survey reported that a 4.1-magnitude quake hit just before 4 p.m. and was centered 4 miles west-northwest of Reno.
Quakes of magnitude 2 and higher have been occurring about every three days since a swarm of widely felt earthquakes began Feb. 28.
