Southwest Airlines just announced they’ll be bringing a bit of their Southern hospitality to New York City this summer. Beginning June 28, the low-cost airline will be flying in and out of New York’s LaGuardia Airport and to celebrate, the airline is offering low introductory rates from as little as $49 one-way. Southwest will be offering eight non-stop daily flights, three between New York and Baltimore starting from $49 each way, and five from New York to Chicago starting from $89.
In addition, the airline will provide service between LaGuardia and over 45 U.S. destinations at discounted rates including Denver, Dallas, New Orleans, Fort Lauderdale, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and more. To take advantage of this new service and rock-bottom rates you must book before April 20, for travel from June 29 through Aug. 13.
