FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Up to 5 inches of rain doused parts of our area from the storms that swept hit us yesterday and overnight.

Several roads in Fort Wayne were washed out as a result, and there could still be high water problems during this morning's commute.

Fort Wayne police have released a list of problem areas, though some may have cleared up since the list was compiled.

Allen County police report Lincoln Parkway east of Hadley Road is covered by water.

The problem areas include: Eastbrook Road at Clinton & State Westbrook Road north of State Spy Run & Lafayette 4th & Barthold Crescent & Charlotte Calhoun & Sherwood Cambridge & Trinity Fairfax & Gaywood 900 Block of E. Pettit 2500 Block of Broadway Fairfield & Creighton 3000 Block of E. Washington Illinois & Hadley W. Jefferson & Covington New Haven & Meyer Coliseum & Maumee Coliseum south of New Haven Ave. 2900-3000 Blocks of Wayne Trace Wayne Trace & Fletcher Wayne Trace & New Haven 300 Block of E. Pontiac Polk & Osage 1300 & 500 Blocks of Spring Street St. Marys & Spring Street Spring & Oakland 400 Block of W. Fernhill Dr. Goshen & Independent Newport & Ridgewood Dearborn & Columbia Tennessee & Crescent 900 Block of Herman Coliseum & Schele

Again, some of these roads may have cleared up since police released this list. You should still drive carefully today and avoid driving through any road covered by ponding water.
