A central Pennsylvania man who flew to Egypt on the day he was charged with raping two women has not returned to the U.S. as he told his attorney he would.Defense attorney Karen Muir says she expected 25-year-old Murad Hanif to return on Sunday after he left to deal with a family matter in Egypt.Centre County District Attorney Michael Madeira says he is working with authorities to locate Hanif.Hanif was charged in July with raping a woman March 27 in his State College apartment while she was passed out.Prosecutors withdrew those charges Aug. 5, saying they wanted to tack on another alleged rape that was very similar.
