PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) - Oregon's unemployment rate is now tied with California's for fourth-highest in the nation. National statistics released Friday put the jobless rate in the two states at 11.9 percent. Oregon's rate has been around 12 percent for five months. Michigan continues to have the nation's highest unemployment rate: 15 percent. Rhode Island is at 12.7 percent, Nevada at 12.5 percent.
