A western Pennsylvania couple face a preliminary hearing on charges they recruited a runaway teen to burglarize a home, and then traded a TV he alleged stole for drugs.Twenty-seven-year-old Fawn Carr and 22-year-old Brian Lundgren, of Export, are scheduled for a preliminary hearing Tuesday before Export District Judge Charles Conway.Police say the 15-year-old runaway told them he was staying with the couple when they asked him to burglarize a home in nearby Murrysville in July.The youth is being prosecuted in Westmoreland County Juvenile Court. Police say he told them about the couple's involvement.
