Jury deliberations are on hold in the penalty phase of the murder trial of a man who fatally shot a Philadelphia police officer two years ago.A defense attorney for John Lewis asked for the delay for personal reasons. The 23-year-old defendant could face the death penalty after being convicted of first-degree murder last week in the shooting death of Officer Chuck Cassidy.Cassidy died a day after Lewis shot him in the head when the veteran officer walked in on a robbery on Oct. 31, 2007.Closing arguments are now set for Tuesday.
