White House spokesman Robert Gibbs said on Tuesday that an announcement will come "very soon" on lifting a deepwater oil drilling moratorium.
Gibbs told reporters the moratorium process is coming to its natural end and wants to make sure a containment process is in place before lifting the moratorium.
