Joseph Sutman Added to Aliano Management Team

WALNUT CREEK, Calif., Aug. 27, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- DM Products, Inc. (Pink Sheets:DMPD) (), announced today it has successfully recruited Joseph Sutman as Chief Operations Officer of Aliano Westlake Village.

Mr. Sutman was graduated from the United States Naval Academy with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.  Due to the resource needs of the services at the time, he was commissioned as an Air Force Officer, where his leadership and Commercial Procurement skills were honed in the "Business" of Operations.

Mr. Sutman then joined Schenley Distillers, Inc. and began his career as a professional in consumer products manufacturing operations organizations.  Following his experience at Schenley, he has focused solely upon the Personal Care Products Industry, serving for nearly 30 years in senior operation positions for manufacturers such as:

  • Johnson & Johnson – Manager, Packaging Design & Development, Domestic Division
  • Revlon – Director, Technical Packaging
  • Max Factor – Director, Package Design & Development
  • Redken/L'Oreal – Packaging Engineering Manager
  • Jaffra Cosmetics – Packaging Engineering Manager

In recent years Mr. Sutman has operated his own consulting business providing operational and developmental guidance within the community of Personal Care products manufacturers.
