ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla., Sept. 9, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- O2 Secure Wireless, Inc. (Pink Sheets:OTOW) announces that the Company's subsidiary, Earthcom Service Inc., has entered into a Lease Agreement on land in the City of Higuey to build its initial tower in this territory of the Dominican Republic.
Higuey is one of the economically fastest-developing cities in the country, and dubbed the Capital of Dominican Tourism and sometimes the Capital of Stockbreeding. Higuey's population topped 150,000 citizens as of 2006. Higuey is the capital city of the eastern province of La Altagracia, which boasts a growing populous with the Yuma River flowing through its urban district.
