He will replace Ben Van de Bunt, Co-CEO of Guthy-Renker LLC, who has resigned from CyberDefender's Board of Directors

Under this agreement, which has been extended through October 31, 2011, GRM produces television and radio advertisements for CyberDefender's security and optimization products, in addition to purchasing media time on CyberDefender's behalf.
