CRESTVIEW HILLS, Ky., Nov. 22, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Bank of Kentucky Financial Corporation (the "Company") (Nasdaq:BKYF), the holding company of The Bank of Kentucky, Inc., announced today the closing of its previously announced and upsized public offering of 1,765,588 shares of its common stock at $17.00 per share, for net proceeds, after underwriting discount and estimated expenses, of approximately $28.1 million. The number of shares sold includes 230,294 shares purchased by the underwriter pursuant to its over-allotment option, which was exercised in full.
