WILMINGTON, Del., Dec. 17, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- WSFS Financial Corporation (Nasdaq:WSFS), the parent company of WSFS Bank, today announced the opening of a new banking office located at 290 South DuPont Highway, Dover, DE 19901 in the Dover Mart Shopping Center. The office features a new branch design that focuses on world-class service with cross-functional personal bankers able to assist all customers with their financial needs. The office also includes a coffee bar, community conference room and a drive-up teller and ATM.

To celebrate the opening, the Bank held a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Monday, December 13 at 10:00 a.m. In attendance were honored guests, WSFS Customers and Associates including, Mayor Carleton E. Carey, Sr., Representative E. Bradford Bennett, Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce President Judy Diogo, Michael Rossi from the Small Business Administration and WSFS Bank Kent and Sussex County Advisory Board Members. 

In addition to the Dover Mart branch, WSFS has banking offices in West Dover, Camden and Smyrna serving Kent County.

The WSFS Dover Mart banking office has extended banking hours. The Bank is open Monday–Thursday 9 a.m. – 6 p.m., Friday 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. The drive-up opens at 8 a.m. Monday–Friday and 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. In addition, there are more than 350 WSFS ATMs positioned in and around Delaware providing convenience and access for WSFS customers.
