A JetBlue passenger jet was clipped by a catering truck Tuesday at Boston's Logan International Airport.
Flight 464 was parked near the gate when it was clipped by the tractor trailer, the low-cost carrier said in a statement. JetBlue is evaluating the aircraft for damage.
Following the incident, a passenger sustained a minor injury and was transported to a local hospital, the carrier said.
The injured passenger was a 90-year-old woman, according to WHDH, Boston's NBC News affiliate. The woman reportedly suffered a minor leg injury after she fell from her wheelchair.
The Federal Aviation Administration, which was contacted about the incident shortly after 4:05 p.m., said the woman fell out of her wheelchair after the collision and during deplaning.
Massport, the public authority that manages Logan International, said a JetBlue employee was supposed to stay with the catering truck.
An employee was cited for the incident, WHDH reported, and passengers were switched to another plane.
