Police said a man narrowly avoided being flattened by a train in Madisonville.
Officers said Terry Stanford jumped onto the tracks and refused to move.
An approaching train made an emergency stop and managed to come to a halt five feet from Stanford, police said.
Stanford then dropped his pants and mooned the train, police said. When a conductor tried to move Stanford, Stanford shoved back, officers said.
Stanford has been arrested more than three dozen times previously, police said.
