(Nasdaq:KTOS), a leading National Security Solutions provider, announced today that the Federal Trade Commission has granted early termination of the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, as amended, in connection with the previously announced acquisition of Integral Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:ISYS) by Kratos.
Closing of the proposed transaction remains subject to approval by the stockholders of both companies and other customary closing conditions. The parties expect the transaction to close in the third quarter of calendar year 2011.
