Lynne Costantini served as EVP of Affiliate Sales and Marketing at Scripps Networks Interactive where she led distribution and related deal flow for linear and non-linear content. Prior to Scripps, she was Chief Business Affairs Officer at Time Warner Cable where she set the strategy for technology partnerships and commercial negotiations and the Senior Vice President of Programming responsible for the acquisition of content for distribution on multiple platforms. Lynne has been frequently recognized as one of the "Top 50 Most Influential Women in Cable".
Brian Kelly recently served as Chief Marketing Officer East Region of Time Warner Cable and President of Time Warner Cable's Carolina Region. Prior to serving in these roles he was Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Time Warner Cable Corporate. Brian was recognized as the 5th most influential person in cable in 2005. He was Co-Chair of National MSO Marketing Cooperative and Co-Chair of the Cable Mover's Program.
PK Ramani joins the Advisory Board from RCN, where he served as Chief Services Officer and Senior Vice President of Sales and Customer Satisfaction. PK was with RCN from inception to its successful sale to Abry Partners for $1.2 BN in 2010. He was also the GVP of Customer Operations at Primestar where under his operational leadership, the company won two of JD Powers coveted customer satisfaction awards.
David Berman has held senior executive and board positions at CBS, PanAmSat, SmartJog, and Major League Gaming. He led the content industry's first efforts at repurposed content distribution both domestically and internationally, creating global distribution networks for many of the world's leading media companies: NHK, MTV, CNN, BBC, CNBC, ART. He has successfully launched several new companies and advised the world's leading media companies on changes in strategic direction.
