(Nasdaq:KTOS), a leading National Security Solutions provider, announced today that Mark Bonatucci has joined the company in the role of Senior Vice President of Business Development and Marketing, Public Safety and Security Solutions Division (PSS).
In this role, Bonatucci will be responsible for driving Kratos' PSS growth through the development and sale of solutions that combine technologies and provide customers with advanced engineering, public safety and security systems, IT services and solutions for the federal government, state and local agencies and commercial applications.

Prior to joining Kratos, Bonatucci was Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Program Capture at ICx Technologies, Inc. which he joined in December 2006. Prior to joining ICx, Bonatucci was Director of Secure Enterprise Advanced Solutions at Lockheed Martin. Over the past eight years, Bonatucci has led and been a key factor in the successful capture of over $1 billion dollars of competitive business in the Security Solutions and Command, Control and Communications markets. His work has spanned and touched customers ranging from Transit Agencies to DHS to DoD, as well as commercial customers. Bonatucci's career includes experience and leadership positions in both international and domestic markets in operations, program management, business development, and systems engineering. He is a graduate of the United States Merchant Marine Academy, an active member of its alumni association, and a member of several professional organizations. Bonatucci's office will be located at Kratos PSS Mid-Atlantic's offices in Lorton, VA.
