A New Hampshire man whose truck allegedly caused an explosion at a gas station in Maine has been charged in both states.
John Harrington of Portsmouth has been charged with operating under the influence in Maine, and driving while intoxicated in New Hampshire.
A surveillance videotape shows a truck slamming into a gas pump outside a convenience store. The driver then drove away as the pump exploded.
Police say another driver followed Harrington to his home in New Hampshire, where he was arrested.
