Hey, wanna see Justin Bieber and his girlfriend Selena Gomez having sex?
Whether your find that notion titilating or terrifying, you won't find the video itself. It's just another Twitter scam.
Security company Sophos reported this morning, on its aptly named "Naked Security" blog, that a bogus Tweet has been making the rounds, tempting prurient Web surfers to click through to a "hidden camera" video from the young lovers' bedroom. Instead, fans wind up first at a site that encourages them to share the video on Facebook. Clicking "Share Link," they next wind up with, of all exciting things, an online survey. In fact, getting people to the survey was the only purpose of the scammers, since they get a commisison on referals.
Luckily, this is only annoying, not dangerous. No malware is involved, just some wasted time and embarassment for folks who forward the link on to friends.
