A sleeve for a PC laptop isn't always easy to come by, as many standard sizes don't fit every model. WaterField Designs remedies that, offering custom sleeves and cases that are as stylish as the many form-fitting options Apple laptop owners have. (And of course they work for Apple laptops, too.)
On the site, you enter the dimensions of your laptop and select whether you want a flap, shoulder strap or piggyback pouch (useful for carrying the power adapter). You can also pick the orientation — whether you want the traditional shape or the "vertical" where the opening is on the short side. The sleeves are all "TSA friendly" — meaning they are transparent to the X-ray machines and you don't have to remove the laptop at the airport security screening.
The basic case is $49, with options for a better strap, the piggyback pouch and leather trim. With all the features, a sleevecase can hit $105, but that's competitive with most other bags out there and a good deal for one that's custom made.
