Twitter Questions to Stump Miss USA

At the 2012 Miss USA competition, the swimsuit portion could be upstaged by the final interview segment of the show. The last question will come from a tweet submitted by a viewer.   Once the most ho-hum segment of beauty pageants, the interview question gained worldwide attention in 2007 — not because of the  topic but because of Miss Teen South Carolina's rambling, audience-baffling answer about maps, South Africa and "the Iraq."    No doubt tweeters will have a field day with the opportunity posed by the Miss USA competition and will come up with both earnest and a few snarky questions. In the meantime, we've proposed a few tech-related questions — and the worst-case answers if a contestant isn't particularly tech-savvy.   Q. What makes a video go viral? A. "Viral diseases are a very big problem in this country, such as the terrible swine flu epidemic. I still wear a mask whenever I travel."   Q. How has Facebook contributed to the family? A. "Facebook has really helped my family and me learn about political issues in this presidential election year.  One of my biggest fans, Anthony Weiner — the senator —  has just asked my advice on his next campaign."
