Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal ripped into the Obama administration for the botched rollout of Healthcare.gov on Fox News Sunday.

Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal ripped into the Obama administration for the botched rollout of Healthcare.gov on Fox News Sunday, and continued his call to delay parts of the Affordable Care Act.

"This is symptomatic of a bigger problem," he said. "Is this administration the most incompetent or most liberal in history?"

The technical problems plaguing Healthcare.gov have dominated headlines since its rollout on October 1st. Obama has promised the site will be fully functional by the end of November.

Louisiana has the fourth highest rate of uninsured residents in the U.S., with 20% of the population uninsured, and is ranked as the second unhealthiest state in the nation.

Jindal repeated that Obama should delay implemetation of the law, adding to a growing chorus of Republicans - and Democrats - who believe Americans should have more time to sign up for insurance before being subject to a fine.

"It's harder for them to justify why they wouldn’t delay the individual mandate," Jindal said. 

He also cracked a joke about how to fix the site.

"Maybe they’ll bring in Al Gore, the guy who says he invented the Internet," he said.

Jiindal also kept the door open for a possible future presidential run, saying, "
