One bite: that's all it apparently took for a grouper to eat a 4-foot shark in a video posted to YouTube, according to user Gimbb14. The user says the Goliath Grouper was circling the black tip shark before snatching it up in one bite. The video was taken while the user was fishing off the coast of Bonita Springs, Florida this month. The video was posted to YouTube on Tuesday and already has more than 13,000 views. It appears the fisherman was out to catch the shark. According to The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, Goliath groupers can reach 800 pounds and over 8-feet long. The record caught in Florida is 680 pounds. Goliath grouper are prohibited species, therefore any caught must be immediately returned to the water.
