Cities led by Democrats and Republicans see increase in murders

President Trump has often said that the “most dangerous cities in America are run by Democrats,” but homicide rates are up 20 percent and more in many cities run by both political parties. City leaders across the country say the pandemic and economic fallout are big factors in driving the rate higher.
