Uighur minority files complaint alleging Chinese human rights violations, calls to boycott ‘Mulan’ grow

Two groups of Uighurs, a minority group in China, have filed a complaint in the International Criminal Court accusing the Chinese government of human rights violations including mass detention and torture as calls to boycott Disney's Mulan grow after the film thanked Chinese government agencies.
