Description: Video shows a vehicle hung up on rocks just 50 yards short of the brink of Niagara Falls. A local woman was driving the car when it entered the river through an area between a pedestrian bridge and the vehicle bridge. Rescue teams hoisted an unresponsive female from the driver seat of the car who was later pronounced dead at the scene.
