Lime Shortage Puts "Squeeze" on Prices

Mexico's lime crop was not as plentiful this year, which has resulted in higher prices for U.S. restaurateurs and lime lovers.

Here's some "sour" news for U.S. lime lovers - there are less of them to go around after bad weather conditions in Mexico have contributed to a shortage of the fruit. Be prepared to pay more for that slice of "limón verde" on your tequila or squeezed on your favorite fish dish. NBC's Janet Shamlian reports from Texas.
