A militant group claimed responsibility Saturday for four attacks in Cairo that left at least six dead and almost 100 wounded.

Ansar Beit al Maqdis released a statement saying it had targeted a security headquarters building, security forces at a subway stop and a security patrol in Talbia.

The group said it warned its supports in Egypt to stay away from headquarters and security centers.

Ansar Beit al Maqdis has claimed responsibility for other attacks since former President Mohamed Morsi was ousted in July.
