Battle Rapper in a Boxing Robe: Ten Raps Touched by The Greatest

Muhammad Ali’s punches delivered knockout moments in the ring, but his one-two wordplay outside the ring was iconic in its own right.

His daughter Maryum Ali even referenced her father's "poems of the heart" on Friday at his memorial service, before reciting her own tribute to him.

A battle rapper in a boxing robe, Ali’s flow and rhymes would not only get into the heads of his opponents, but also inspire a generation of rappers to claim they, too, were “The Greatest.”
