The alert said Lillyanna Ramires, nine, and Martin Angel Rosales, three, were taken from Elko, Nevada, on Wednesday and might be being taken to the Sacramento area.

“They are believed to be with their non-custodial parents, Martin Cisneras Rosales, also known as Martin Cisneros, approximately 34 years old, and Amber Schenck, approximately 30 years old,” said the alert, which was issued Friday.

“Martin Rosales is said to have violent tendencies when dealing with police," it said.

"A restraining order was issued in July to keep him away from his son as well as a court order stating the children are in danger of serious harm from their parents,” the alert added.

Rosales senior and Schenck were last seen driving a dark blue late 1980s or early 1990s Ford Mustang “with possible Nebraska license plates or a temporary plate.”
