*** Wednesday’s “The Daily Rundown” line-up: NBC’s Richard Engel and Gen. Barry McCaffrey join Chuck to discuss a new agreement between the United States and Afghanistan obtained by NBC News that could keep U.S. troops in Afghanistan indefinitely. White House Deputy National Security Adviser Ben Rhodes will also join to discuss the Obama administration’s foreign focus. North Carolina Gov. Pat McCrory joins us from the RGA meeting in Arizona for a Deep Dive on the governor seats up in 2014 and former NBC News Correspondent Robert MacNeil to discuss the assassination of JFK.
