A baby was among the survivors of an airstrike in Damascus on Tuesday, the same day that Syria began removing chemical weapon materials out of the country in a crucial phase of a disarmament program delayed by war and technical problems.

Activists claim that forces loyal to Syrian President Bashar al-Assad are behind the ongoing air raids.
