Wearing black gags over their mouths, a small group of family members of victims of the Sept. 11 attacks protested at ground zero Saturday. Unidentified remains were being transported from the medical examiner's office to a repository at the site, where they will be stored in the same building as the museum opening this month. The families object to the remains being stored at the ground zero museum.
