Batkid Throws First Pitch at Giants Game

The world's littlest superhero made an appearance at Tuesday's home opener game between the Giants and the Arizona Diamondbacks.

The world's littlest superhero, Batkid, made a grand entrance at the Giants' home opener game against the Arizona Diamondbacks, in San Francisco on Tuesday.

Miles Scott, the five-year-old behind the mask, rode through a cloud of smoke in a Lamborghini to the field where he made the ceremonial first pitch.

On Nov. 15, 2013, Scott, who has undergone treatment for leukemia, made headlines when he fought villains and rescued a damsel in distress as part of the Greater Bay Area Make-A-Wish Foundation in San Francisco.
