Jason Collins Tweets Thanks After Making NBA History

Jason Collins became the first openly gay player to play in one of the four major American pro sports leagues on Sunday, helping the Brooklyn Nets to a 108-102 victory over the Los Angeles Lakers.

After the game Collins took to Twitter to thank fans for their support.
