Kimberly Lowery, 29, and Nathan Vallini, 27, of Nebo, were each charged with four misdemeanor counts of contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile, the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement.

Detective Lynn Green said the four children were aged between 4 and 12.
