Residents Film Toxic, Orange Cloud in Spain

A large orange cloud has spread across the sky above two towns in northeastern Spain, following an explosion at a chemical factory which injured at least three people. Spanish authorities have ordered the residents of two northeastern towns to stay indoors according to local media reports.
