Makes 1 cocktail.
- 3/4 oz. gin (preferably Plymouth or Death's Door)
- 3/4 oz. Cointreau
- 3/4 oz. Lillet Blanc
- 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice (squeezed from an actual lemon)
- 2 drops of absinthe
Pour the gin, Cointreau, Lillet Blanc and lemon juice to your cocktail shaker. Then, add no more than 2 drops of absinthe. Add ice, then shake well (until you can't do it anymore!), then strain the wondrous, lemon-y concoction into your glass.
