AppleStores will close for one hour 1 p.m.  ET this Wednesday (Oct. 19) so employees can watch a live webcast of Steve Jobs' memorial service on the Apple campus.

As for iPhone 4S, everyone is having lots of fun making its built-in personal assistant Siri say the darndest things.

BlackBerry users are defecting to iPhone following the recent outages, so RIM is offering free apps in an attempt to keep customers around.  

Though cops are claiming the BlackBerry outages made the streets safer. Go figure.

Thanks to the FCC, wireless providers will now alert you when you're about to go over voice data and text minutes.
