Rolls Royce Corruption Probe: Two Arrested in London

Two men were arrested in London on Wednesday by police and regulators investigating aerospace giant Rolls Royce over allegations of corruption in Asia.

A number of properties were also raided, Britain’s Serious Fraud Office said.

The agency began a probe into the company in December over allegations involving bribery and corruption in China and Indonesia, according to CNBC. Some of the allegations date back more than 10 years.

"In connection with a Serious Fraud Office investigation, we can confirm a number of search warrants have been executed at various properties in London today," the Serious Fraud Office said in emailed statement.

Two men were also arrested. Officers from the National Crime Agency and City of London Police assisted with the operation.”
