Brazilian police in a helicopter taking part in an anti-kidnapping operation spotted a Nazi swastika at the bottom of a swimming pool in Vale do Itajai in Santa Catarina state. An investigation revealed that the swastika has been there for 13 years, and no charges are being filed against the homeowner because the pool is on private land.
