The Tease: Coming up on MJ

Budget Committee Chairman Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) will unveil his fiscal budget tomorrow. It's expected to set discretionary spending at more than $1 trillion in 2013. Will that sit well with the Tea Party? We'll ask him to explain the magic behind his numbers tomorrow.

Incidentally, we'll also have co-founder of the Nationwide Tea Party Coalition Michael Patrick Leahy to weigh in on the Ryan plan. Does it satisfy the movement's core principles? He'll talk about that and highlights from his new book, Covenant of Liberty: The Ideological Origins of the Tea Party Movement

And for some "schock value," we'll have Romney supporter Rep. Aaron Schock (R-IL) to weigh in on the GOP showdown in his state. According to NBC News exit polls in 2008, 41% of GOP primary voters identified themselves as born-again/evangelical Christians. How will the religious vote swing this time?

54 delegates are at stake tomorrow in the Illinois primary. Stay tuned for MJ's wall-to-wall coverage.

**Edit: We just added National Economic Council Director Gene Sperling to the mix. We'll get the White House reaction to Ryan's 2013 fiscal plan in the 7AM hour.
