Amazon is adding a five percent fuel and inflation surcharge to third-party sellers in the U.S., which accounts for at least half of all Amazon sales. The price increases will most likely be passed onto consumers as smaller retailers struggle to stay afloat. FedEx and UPS have also announced fuel surcharges.
