Are hospitals complying with the federal price transparency law?

As of January 2021, federal price transparency became federal law requiring hospitals to post prices of their procedures. But patient advocates say change isn’t happening fast enough and are challenging findings from a report from the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services stating a majority of hospitals they sampled were in full compliance.
