Charges against New Mexico compound suspects dismissed on technicality
The charges against the suspects accused of child abuse and alleged terrorism at a New Mexico compound were dropped after prosecutors failed to meet a preliminary hearing deadline. The District Attorney re-filed charges against two of the suspects late Wednesday.
