Fate of bipartisan border bill remains uncertain

After senators released the text of a bipartisan bill that would impose stricter immigration and asylum laws, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer expressed optimism that the measure would pass the Senate. But House Speaker Mike Johnson said the bill, which also includes aid to Israel, Ukraine and Taiwan, "will be dead on arrival" if it reaches the House. NBC News’ Ryan Nobles reports.
