Flooding in Oklahoma as tornado sirens sound in Joplin

A flash flood warning is in effect for Oklahoma City as an overhead thunderstorm stubbornly refuses to move, producing downpour after downpour. Meanwhile, in Missouri, Madison County is facing tornado warnings and tornado sirens are going off in Joplin, Mo. As of 9:30 p.m. ET tornado watches are in effect from Illinois to Oklahoma City. More severe weather is expected to impact states from the South to the Northeast through Sunday. Weather Channel meteorologist Kelly Cass reports.
